Local Tone is a solo-built product. Ray Choi is the only person behind it — the founder, developer, and support desk. Based in Perth, Western Australia. Originally from Hong Kong. Over a decade in software and data engineering. The tool exists because I needed it myself, and I take the product direction seriously.
